Request for Proposal - Cleaning Services
(Souris Division Office and Operations Office/Bus Garage)
Southwest Horizon School Division invites tenders for the provision of cleaning services for:
· the Souris Division Office and
· the Souris Operations Office/Bus Garage.
Scope of Services
The following services will be provided:
Division Office (1.5 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Vacuuming and floor cleaning
Cleaning offices and common areas
Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
Emptying garbage and recycling containers
Cleaning entrances, hallways, and staff areas
Spot cleaning of windows and glass surfaces
Operations Office/Bus Garage (1.25 hours per day, Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Vacuuming and floor cleaning
Cleaning offices and common areas
Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
Emptying garbage and recycling containers
Cleaning entrances, hallways, and staff areas
Spot cleaning of windows and glass surfaces
Schedule
Services will be performed during evening or early morning hours as mutually agreed upon with Southwest Horizon School Division.
