Grass Mowing Services
Southwest Horizon School Division invites tenders for grass mowing services
at all our facilities during the period of May 1 to September 30, 2024.
Facilities to be maintained:
Deloraine School, Hartney School, Melita School, Melita Division Office, Melita Operations Yard, Pierson School, Souris School, Souris Division Office, Souris Operations Yard, Waskada School & Wawanesa School.
Please fill in and submit the attached proposal.
Proposals must:
Specify price per cut
Specify hourly rate including labour and equipment for mowing services.
Specify performance capability in the form of “acres mowed per hour.
List type of equipment to be used (make, model, year etc).
Specify all applicable taxes.
The successful contractor will be responsible to have insurance coverage as detailed within the contract.
Tenders marked “Grass Mowing Tender” will be received by the undersigned until 5 pm on Friday April 12, 2024 by mail, email, in person, or by fax.
This will not be a public opening.
The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the School Division reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
