In my class I break the 30min class into 4 parts.
1) Introductory activity (5 min)
-this involves a game usually to get students warmed up.
2) Fitness (10 min)
- this involves different aerobic and strength building activities.
3) Lesson focus (10 min)
- This is where skills are developed and learned
4) Game (5 min)
- This is a game played that reinforces the skills learned in the lesson focus.
