Career and Technology Studies

CTS is a strategy that has been developed in partnership with three other school divisions (Prairie Rose, Prairie Spirit and Turtle Mountain) enabling students in Southwest Horizon School Division to access Senior Years Technology Education options.

CTS provides the framework that enables students to study school based courses and enhance their learning outcomes by participating in a Career Internship Placement.  This program allows students to do the theory part of a course in school and the practical part at a career placement site.
