Pierson School is hosting a Literacy Workshop. February 15, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the Pierson School Library. This is a free workshop being offered to parents of children Preschool to Grade 3. Lynn Cory, Division Reading Rescue Coordinator will be providing tips and information on reading with children. This will be an informal session designed to help parents foster the love of reading in their children. Lynn will also address how to get the most out of home reading time and simple games that parents can play to encourage literacy.
