Introduction

This manual contains job descriptions, contracts containing benefit packages, and evaluation expectations and forms for teachers and all jobs related to the teaching contract, or affected by negotiated benefits of teachers.


The manual references some terms which should be defined:

Executive Team – refers to the superintendent and the secretary-treasurer.
MAST – refers to Manitoba Association of School Trustees.
Board or School Board – refers to the elected trustees of the Southwest Horizon School Division.
